Cebu City—The Branch has no audit suspensions, disallowances and charges in the audit of transactions of the agency for the 2nd Quarter, announced Regional Branch Director Rogen S. Cumba.
The pronouncement came after the Branch received the Commission on Audit’s Statement of Audit Suspensions, Disallowances and Charges issued by State Auditors, Mr. Nicolo Delfin E. Albarando, OIC-Audit Team Leader and Ms. Alita R. Fernando, OIC-Regional Supervising Auditor.
“Please be informed that the total audit suspensions, disallowances and charges found in audit of various transactions of the agency as of June 30, 2021 is zero based on the Notice of Suspension, Notice of Disallowance, Notice of Charge issued by this Commission, as summarized”, quoting from the document.
“The full support and cooperation of all branch personnel in adhering to the standards on accountability plays a vital role on this achievement”, Director Cumba said.
Director Cumba also revealed that the Branch hopes to sustain such achievement for the remaining quarters of the year.
It can be recalled that the Branch was also issued with similar findings on the 1st Quarter.
